During the year, Forsyth Main Street actively plans events for kids of all ages. April kicks off Georgia Cities Celebration Week. We host “Touch a Truck,” a free event that provides kids the opportunity to climb into police, fire and medical transport vehicles. At the end of April, Forsyth Main Street host the annual Spring Home & Garden Fling on the Square. As we spring into action, May brings the delicious mouth-watering taste of homegrown vegetables and fresh fruits found exclusively at our City of Forsyth Farmer’s Market. Supporting Georgia grown, healthy options to fill your table with only the best our state has to offer. Our Live on the Square Concert Series attracts families from around the state for food, fun and dancing on the square. Our biggest event, The Annual Historic Train Festival is the first Saturday of November. The Train Festival brings in train enthusiasts from around the country.
