Forsyth Main Street is a non-profit (501(c) (3)) organization dedicated to revitalizing downtown Forsyth through Business and Economic Development. The initiative of our organization follows The Main Street Four-Point Approach® (developed by The National Trust for Historic Preservation) that has been proven to build a sustainable and complete community revitalization effort. The four points include: the organization of everyone to work toward a common goal, the promotion of the commercial district to encourage a positive image for consumers and investors, capitalizing on the historic design of the community, and economic restructuring which strengthens a communities assets.
